The the Harvest Pantry pantry in Lviv is running low just as demand rises; $550 will stock it for 9 weeks.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Monday from the back of the mosque courtyard. We started with 16 families, and now we feed 158 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 35% this summer, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 11 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Lviv market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $550 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $320
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $105
• Baby formula and diapers: $65
• Refrigeration and electricity: $60
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Sending strength, Halyna. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. It's not much but it's yours
Good luck, Halyna. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. God bless.
