Farewell fund for Tareq: help Asif's family in Jessore
Asif lost his brother suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $300.

Tareq, my brother, passed away on 17 September after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 85 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $300 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Tareq to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.
Where the $300 goes:
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $240
• Memorial gathering for the family: $30
• Transport of the deceased: $30
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thinking of you and your family, Asif. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
Wishing you peace, Asif. Hope this works out for you. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Hawassa

Stay strong, Asif. Gave what I could, wish it was more. God bless
Wishing you peace. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. All the best
