Eva needs clippers, chairs and mirrors to reopen a barbershop
A barbershop in Amsterdam needs help replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors after a fire in the building.

For twelve years I have run a barbershop in Amsterdam. In April, a fire in the building took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $3,300 goes:
• Replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors: $2,000
• Initial stock: supplies: $480
• Shop repairs and licensing: $200
• Working capital for the first month: $620
Glad we found this place.
Updates from Eva
Quick update: $1,265 raised so far (38%). the first invoice got paid this week. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
Thank you all. We're at 6% now ($211). I'm honestly stunned. I made the first payment toward shop repairs and licensing.

Hang in there. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
