Emergency vet bill for Rosie in Iztapalapa
Rosie, Gustavo's cat, needs urgent treatment for bloat costing $850.

Rosie is my cat of two years. On 2 January we rushed to Iztapalapa Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $850.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond March.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $115 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Iztapalapa Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $850 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $490
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $200
• Medication and follow-up visits: $100
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60
