Save Buddy: Maria can't afford the emergency vet

Buddy is my three-legged dog of three years. On 20 September we rushed to Lapu-Lapu Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $600.
They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Lapu-Lapu Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Buddy's recovery.
Where the $600 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $400
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $105
• Medication and follow-up visits: $45
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
