Emergency vet bill for Poppy in Port Harcourt

Poppy is my dog of thirteen years. On 7 September we rushed to Port Harcourt Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Port Harcourt Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Poppy's recovery.
