Therapy fund for Jonas: 10 sessions with a licensed counselor

After a difficult divorce, Jonas has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Gothenburg Wellbeing Centre cost $75 each.
Jonas has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Jonas could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Jonas, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
