Emergency vet bill for Ollie in Manila

Ollie is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 20 July we rushed to Manila Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Ollie, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Ollie is more than a pet - Ollie got me through my hardest year.
