Fighting early-stage lung cancer: help Parvin afford treatment in Kochi
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Kochi Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Parvin was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in March. The oncology team at Kochi Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Parvin is 49, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Kochi Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $120
• Transport to Kochi Regional Medical Center: $165
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $670
• Scans and lab work: $145
