Emergency vet bill for Mocha in Coventry
Mocha, Dylan's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for a broken leg after a road accident costing $1,550.

Mocha is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 21 August we rushed to Coventry Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,550.
They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $270 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Coventry Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Mocha's recovery.
Where the $1,550 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $770
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $500
• Medication and follow-up visits: $150
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $130
