Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Pamela pay $1,000
Pamela is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in July and needs $1,000 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $1,000. I have never been late before losing my job in July.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $180 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Pamela's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
