A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Unity Primary School.

I coordinate donations at the Unity Primary School in Coventry. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Coventry, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Unity Primary School on Wednesday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Unity Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone.

Good luck, Charlotte. Shared it with a few friends. My husband and I read this together. All the best.
looking forward to the next update. After 29 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Coventry!
hope things get better soon, Charlotte. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Thanks for sharing this, Charlotte. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. We're a small family in Gondar but we're thinking of you. Greetings from Gondar.
Rooting for you. I hope things turn around soon. I'll check back for the next update. Blessings.
Sending good thoughts. Hope you get there. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Houston.
