Don't let Olga's family go through summer without heating
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Olga needs $200 before November.

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $200. I have never been late before losing my job in August.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $200 goes:
• Gas arrears: $125
• Reconnection and late fees: $35
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
Glad we found this place.

Take care, Olga. Hope you get there. I went through something like this 12 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
