Don't let Liliana's family go through summer without electricity

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Liliana received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $550 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in November.
Liliana called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Liliana is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
