The heating account is 2 months behind. Isamu received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $800 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Isamu called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $150 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Isamu is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
