Don't let Isaac's family go through the rainy season without electricity and water

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Isaac received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Isaac called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Isaac is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
