Don't let Halima's family go through the rainy season without electricity and water
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Halima needs $100 before September.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Halima received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Halima called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Halima is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
