Keep the gas on at Esperanza's home in Envigado
Help Esperanza cover an overdue gas bill so the household stays safe this winter.

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in August.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Esperanza's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $150 goes:
• Water arrears: $105
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $25
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
- due date
- 2026-11-20
- bill type
- Utility arrears

Thinking of you and your family, Esperanza. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Envigado
Wishing you peace, Esperanza. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. I hope November is when things finally get easier. Take care.
