Don't let Dipu's family go through summer without gas

A disconnection notice for gas arrived and Dipu needs $100 before September.

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before July's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $100 goes: • Gas arrears: $50 • Reconnection and late fees: $25 • Down payment on a payment plan: $25 Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope this works out for you. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Wollongong.
