Does anyone know a family-law attorney willing to help for free? Claire, Fort Worth
Looking for a pro bono family-law attorney in Texas for a case with a deadline in October.

I'm facing an unlawful eviction, with a hearing on October. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified family-law attorney licensed in Texas who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Fort Worth or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Sending good thoughts. Hope this works out for you. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Istanbul.
