I'm Rafaela. Ingrid is an elderly neighbor of mine, and speaks Russian but little English. We have a specialist appointment on Thursday in Brasília and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Ingrid wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
