Swati's septoplasty can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Swati was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in April. The surgeon at Surat University Hospital recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $250, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $150 short.
my mother has been in and out of Surat University Hospital since April. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $250 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Swati struggles with daily life and can't lift anything heavy. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Swati won't be able to lift anything heavy, so the costs keep growing.
