Companionship wanted: Alexander's birdwatching and a cup of tea

I'm writing for my neighbor Alexander, who's 75. Alexander lives alone in Birmingham, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away. Alexander loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Wednesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting.
