Standing with Waqas: stomach cancer treatment costs

Waqas was diagnosed with stomach cancer in April. The oncology team at Lahore Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Waqas is 56, worked as a bakery worker until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lahore Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
