Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Susana pay $300
Susana is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in August and needs $300 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $300. I have never been late before losing my job in August.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Reconnection and late fees: $40
• Down payment on a payment plan: $80
