Carlos needs a freezer and scales to reopen a fish stall
Carlos has run a fish stall for twelve years; a long illness and repossession destroyed the equipment, and $3,500 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a fish stall in Erie. In March, a long illness and repossession took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $3,500 goes:
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $2,150
• Initial stock: the first catch: $750
• Shop repairs and licensing: $210
• Working capital for the first month: $390
Glad we found this place.
