Care for Chukwuemeka, 86: help cover a carer and medication in Nsukka

I'm caring for my father, who's 86. After worsening Parkinson's disease Chukwuemeka can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Chukwuemeka desperately wants to stay at home. I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Chukwuemeka worked all of his life as a farmer, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back. Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference. Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
