Can you translate a diploma from Portuguese? (Kinondoni)
I need a diploma translated from Portuguese into English for my professional recognition. It's about 5 pages. Can you help?

I'm Byaruhanga, and I live in Kinondoni. For my professional recognition I have to submit a diploma in English, and the original is in Portuguese. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 5 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 5 weeks away.
Thank you for reading and for any time you can spare.
