After a long hospital stay, Camila has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Anaheim Counselling Collective cost $90 each.
Camila has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Camila could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
