Mahnoor was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in May. The oncology team at Rawalpindi University Hospital has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in August. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks. Mahnoor is 26, worked as a hairdresser until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Rawalpindi University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.       Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. scans and lab work comes first ($150) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. It helps to be asked.
