Bình's final semester of an electrical engineering diploma in Cần Thơ
Bình is one semester away from finishing an electrical engineering diploma but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $300.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an electrical engineering diploma at the Cần Thơ Institute of Technology, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a delivery rider to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $300.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $300 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $25
• Exam and lab fees: $45
• Final term tuition: $230
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Sending love, Bình. I hope things turn around soon. Greetings from The Hague.
So sorry you're going through this, Bình. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care
