Bagus's path to healing - trauma-focused CBT in Jakarta Barat
After a violent robbery, Bagus has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $355.

After a violent robbery, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Jakarta Barat Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $355 goes:
• 16 therapy sessions: $290
• Psychiatric assessment: $60
• Workbook and resources: $5
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

sending strength, Bagus. Gave what I could, wish it was more. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Greetings from Bogotá.
