Ashwin's stage 3 ovarian cancer treatment fund
Ashwin is facing stage 3 ovarian cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Ashwin was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in February. The oncology team at Mumbai Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in May. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Ashwin is 37, worked as a shop owner until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mumbai Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

Chemotherapy and medication not covered is $1,200 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Fair thing to want to know.
