Funeral costs for Kathleen's father, Fernando

Fernando, my father, passed away on 18 September after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 26 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $950 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 1 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Fernando to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $520
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $300
• Transport of the deceased: $40
• Memorial gathering for the family: $90
