An English writing tutor for Okechukwu, 14, who's falling behind
Okechukwu is working hard on English writing but can't afford a tutor; 1 hours a week until the GCSE would help enormously.

My younger brother, Okechukwu, is 14 and in the final year of school. Okechukwu loves school but English writing has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The GCSE exam is in December.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Lagos or online, for about twenty weeks.
Okechukwu is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in English writing, you could change the course of Okechukwu's year.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
