Piotr needs a stair-climbing aid - help us make it happen
A stair-climbing aid would give Piotr independence - we are $2,750 away.

Piotr lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at the Gdańsk Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,750.
His current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment Piotr could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $2,750 goes:
• stair-climbing aid: $2,500
• Fitting and training sessions: $90
• Delivery and set-up: $40
• First-year servicing plan: $120
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
