A prosthetic leg for Kemi: help Kemi move freely
Help Kemi get a prosthetic leg so She can go to school independently.
🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria1,513 views
Kemi lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Badagry Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100.
Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Kemi could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $100 goes:
• First-year servicing plan: $35
• Delivery and set-up: $20
• Fitting and training sessions: $45
With deep gratitude,
Jide
