Gerrit, a smallholder in North Brabant, is facing pests destroying the seedlings and needs advice from an agronomist.

I farm 3 hectares of maize in North Brabant. This season I'm dealing with pests destroying the seedlings. I've tried what the local suppliers recommended, but results aren't improving.
I'm looking for an agronomist or experienced grower who can look at photos, soil-test results and my planting plan, and advise on what to change. A 30-minute call or exchange of messages would be fantastic.
I'm happy to share photos and a soil test. I'm using only what I can afford, so low-cost suggestions are best. I'll share how it goes - and what worked - to help others in the community.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

stay strong. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
Best of luck. Shared this with my family. My neighbor in Pune donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
