An agronomist's advice for Fikir's onions farm in Addis Ababa
A short consultation could save a season's onions harvest.

I farm 4 hectares of onions in Addis Ababa. This season I'm dealing with a fungus that keeps returning after treatment. I've tried what the local suppliers recommended, but results aren't improving.
I'm looking for an agronomist or experienced grower who can look at photos, soil-test results and my planting plan, and advise on what to change. A 30-minute call or exchange of messages would be fantastic.
I'm happy to share photos and a soil test. I'm using only what I can afford, so low-cost suggestions are best. I'll share how it goes - and what worked - to help others in the community.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thinking of you and your family, Fikir. Shared this with my family. All the best.
Sending good thoughts, Fikir. Hope you make a strong comeback. Don't give up. Blessings
Small businesses are the heart of Addis Ababa. Hope you're open again soon. We're a small family in Tangier but we're thinking of you
Best of luck, Fikir. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
