Aarti's final semester of a nursing degree in Thane
A first-generation student, Aarti needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a nursing degree.

Aarti is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Thane State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950.
The registrar has said Aarti can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Aarti has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Aarti would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Aarti isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
