A youth football pitch for the Maple health centre yard: help our neighbors in Fez
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a youth football pitch - we need $750 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Maple health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $750.
It will serve about 118 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $750 goes:
• Materials: $560
• Permits and inspections: $40
• Safety equipment and signage: $80
• Tools hire and delivery: $70
