A weekly visit for Budi, 72, who lives alone in Jakarta Barat

I'm writing for my neighbor Budi, who's 72. Budi lives alone in Jakarta Barat, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Budi loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
