Hạnh lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at the Nha Trang Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,200.
Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Hạnh could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• Fitting and training sessions: $40
• Delivery and set-up: $20
• First-year servicing plan: $90
