A spare room for 3 months: Paul, working in Dar es Salaam, between homes
After my landlord selling the building, Paul needs a safe, quiet room in Dar es Salaam for 3 months while getting back on their feet.

After my landlord selling the building, I'm temporarily without a home. I work as a hospital cleaner in Dar es Salaam and I have a steady income, but I can't find a place that will let me in without the first month, a deposit and references that I'm in the middle of replacing.
I'm looking for a spare room for 3 months. I can pay $35 a month toward bills, I'm tidy and quiet, and I'd be happy to help with cooking, shopping or yard work. I have no pets, I don't smoke, and I have two work references.
I understand that inviting a stranger into your home is a big step. I'd be glad to meet in a public place first and to share my work details.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

You're not alone, Paul. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Sent it to 4 people at work.
Stay strong. This could happen to any of us. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings.
Sending strength, Paul. Your post was clear and honest. Greetings from Columbia.
hope things get better soon. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My husband and I read this together. Love from Mukono!
Thinking of you, Paul. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Birmingham.
