A skate park for the Pioneer vacant lot: help our neighbors in Dublin
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $1,150 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 22 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer vacant lot, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $1,150.
It will serve about 369 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in February and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Materials: $790
• Tools hire and delivery: $160
• Permits and inspections: $200
