A skate park for the Pioneer community hall: help our neighbors in Córdoba

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer community hall, but no funding. We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $850. It will serve about 507 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $850 goes: • Materials: $580 • Permits and inspections: $75 • Safety equipment and signage: $90 • Tools hire and delivery: $105 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Fernanda
