Help me finish an accounting degree at Bengaluru Community College - $400 to go

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an accounting degree at Bengaluru Community College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a delivery rider to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $400.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Bengaluru Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $400 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $40
• Final term tuition: $350
• Exam and lab fees: $10

Sure. The biggest one is textbooks and materials, $40. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for asking.
