A sensory garden for children with autism for the Union health centre yard: help our neighbors in London
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a sensory garden for children with autism - we need $3,200 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a sensory garden for children with autism. This year a group of 12 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Union health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $3,200.
It will serve about 250 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.

• Safety equipment and signage: $330
• Tools hire and delivery: $410
