Héctor is coming to the Iztapalapa Cancer Centre for 5 weeks of treatment and the family needs somewhere affordable to stay.

My father Héctor has been accepted for treatment at the Iztapalapa Cancer Centre in Iztapalapa, starting on Wednesday in April. We live 459 km away in a rural district, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 5 weeks. Two of us would stay: Héctor and me. We can contribute $45 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Héctor will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
