A rainwater harvesting system for the Harmony community hall: help our neighbors in Dhaka
Volunteers in Dhaka are raising $300 for a rainwater harvesting system at the Harmony community hall.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 28 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Harmony community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 244 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
